Clump forming perennial with papery daisy-like white flowerheads with splashes of blue/purple at their centre on tall sturdy stems July to August. Excellent cut flower as are the seed pods at the end of their flowering period. Loved by pollinating insects.
Full sun or part shade best and moist but well-drained soil. Catananche are not happy in cold winter wet.

Depending on the time of year you order this plant it may have been cut right back showing little or no foliage. This is part of our ongoing care of plants on the nursery and will not affect the viability of your plant.
