FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I haven’t received an order confirmation by email, where is it?
All customers receive a confirmation once their order is placed online via our website. This could be hiding in your junk folder due to your email’s security system. A further confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped.
When do you dispatch your Camassia bulbs?
All our Camassia bulbs are shipped October to November each year ready for planting. If there are any delays out of our control we will notify you. Please wait until after this time period to check your order status if your bulbs have not been delivered.
What carrier do you use to send out your Camassia bulbs?
Whenever possible we use Royal Mail to send out all our bulb orders.
When do you dispatch your hardy plant orders including potted Camassia bulbs?
Usually within a week of receipt of order. If there are delays to this out of our control we will notify you. Your order confirmation will let you know which week to expect your parcel.
Do you supply planting & cultural information with your orders?
We supply our bespoke Information Sheets with all our orders, both bulbs & plants.
How much do you charge for delivery and which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK including Highlands & Islands.
Camassia bulb orders – £5.00
Potted Camassia bulb orders – £10
All Other Plants – £10
Every effort is made to send out orders as soon as possible within the timescales above. Larger parcels may vary depending on weight and destination. We will contact customers direct if we need to amend the postage cost.
All orders to the UK are usually sent by Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service. Once your order is ready to be shipped from the nursery, you will receive confirmation from us of the shipping date. If you live in Jersey, Guernsey, Highlands or Islands, then these parcels will normally take a little longer to reach you and may incur extra delivery charges depending on the size of the parcel.
Northern Ireland & the EU
BREXIT NOTICE
As a result of the BREXIT agreement, the UK is no longer part of the European Union’s single market and customs union & new rules apply.
Unfortunately, because of the new trade agreement, we have had to make the difficult decision to stop sending our plants & bulbs to Ireland (including Northern Ireland) & the rest of the EU. If anything changes in the future, we will update our website accordingly.
