Compact upright shrub-like hardy herbaceous perennial with sturdy multi branches having showy spikes of white pea-shaped flowers. late spring onwards. Sometimes this will be found listed as Baptisia alba var. macrophylla or Baptisia lactera.
Foliage is glaucous-green in colour.
Excellent cut flower.
Full sun – will tolerate some dappled or transient shade.
