If you’re new to growing Camassia or you want to increase the different varieties you already have you’ll be sure to find some here to delight & tempt you.
Camassia can be grown in full sun but we prefer to grow them in transient or dappled shade simply because the firework display of their starry-like blooms will last a little longer – full sun tends to put an end to the blooms way too quickly for our liking!
Camassia are hardy bulbous perennials & the best time to plant them in dry bulb form is September to November in reliably moist soil.
Oh, and slugs & snails don’t touch Camassia either! What’s not to love!
